WE OFFER A NO COMPETE AGREEMENT

We give you our agreement to honor a no compete agreement. We promise not to:

1. Contact, Spam or Solicit any customer of any contract we agree to provide our services to.

2. Post, Share or Distribute on any social media platforms without consent of contract customer.

3. Send any mail, advertisements or competing of prices or services.

PAYMENT OF SERVICES

1. A minimum of half of the agreement price will be required before any services are rendered, products ordered, or anything pertaining to the service to be provided.

2. Any payment after will be in full agreement of owner and said contract.

3. All payments are non-refundable for service provided per terms of agreement unless solely agreed by ownership and condition.

4. We will produce said contract per agreement with our current business structure and time frames.

OUTSIDE SOURCES

Some services may be outsourced outside of our current capabilities. Turn around time is judged by us and said party and source per condition and project and will be communicated through preset form of communication set by contract.

SCREEN PRINT, DTF, DTG, SUBLIMATION

We are a screen printing business but not limited to other requests for the printing on garment process. These agreements will be stated in full and proper payments made for other offered services.

PAYMENTS (NO MAILED CHECKS)

We are an evolving on demand society and J Squared feels that business evolves also. There are now many forms of online payments and avenues so there for we will only accept online invoice or payment apps for payment methods.

SIZES

We will need an accurate product sheet of:

1. Sizes including child and or toddler.

2. Colors including different sizes and or prints.

3. Garment styles or specific brands. If none stated, our general generic brand will be used.

4. Specific amounts per each of above said details.

COLOR/S OF PRINT AND LOCATION

Color/s of print and locations are important and must be specified prior to any services rendered.

J Squared is not responsible for mishandling of information from said contract and will not replace at companies expense. If said issues are in fault of J Squared, we will handle accordingly and replace at our cost.

SHIPPING PRICING

Shipping information (including blind) pricing and choice of logistics need to be set during initial agreement of contract as well as payment and arrangement of said service.

GARMENT DEFECTS

We do our best to catch garment defects in our printing process but less said that sometimes are not caught and an agreement with owner will be handled accordingly and arrangements will be made per said agreement.
